Secret Compass Training has been developed with the aim to enable those working in the Film, TV and Media industries to better understand and manage the risks they may face to allow them to continue pushing the boundaries of content creation. 


By offering both online and bespoke face to face training courses, we hope to empower crew and production teams to integrate risk management into their editorial and production processes, enabling production in the real world.

Our military grade pre-production and in-country services have gained us clients from the BBC to the Discovery Channel, and household brand names from Mitsubishi to Xbox. We've thrown rockstars out of helicopters; walked alongside giants; slept on platforms high in the Amazon canopy; survived war torn streets once owned by terrorists; immersed celebrities in the freezing Arctic and negotiated access with cartels, indigenous tribes and the most isolated countries in the world.
